Finally an organic white wine worthy of a place in my fridge!🏅This sauv blanc is both zesty and delightfully dry with very prominent citrus and green apple flavours. It’s got good acidity- but without the big edge, and finishes off clean. Very smooth and enjoyable to drink! I would never have been able to tell it was less than $14.
It was great for sipping but also paired well with the rich cilantro chicken that we had for dinner. 🍷🍗
