8.5/10 $15.95 Kaiken Malbec (Argentina). Deep ruby in colour. Dry and medium-full bodied. Very nice, well balanced flavours of oak, berry, and cherry with a toasty and subtle chocolate finish. Overall very delicious and smooth. I really enjoyed having this on its own and although it was a gift, I would definitely purchase again myself!

Meanwhile on a patio in Clarkson... Black River Malbec - Argentina. Dark purple in colour and a very faint aroma. "It IS velvety" A little more body than last night's chill red. Somewhat dry. Fruity and left me wanting some cheese. Meh?
