June 5, 2014 – Review of: Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon

7/10 and $9.95. The one that started it all! When I first decided to start trying reds, Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon was recommended to me by my wine-knowledgable bestie Melissa, and to this day it is my reliable/cheap go-to red. Medium-bodied, it is definitely a bold, fruity and flavourful red, and it all works quite well. But don’t let ‘bold’ scare you, young winehopper. You CAN conquer and enjoy this one… Dare I say it may spark your interest in reds?
