August 22, 2014 – Review of: Cupcake Cabernet Sauvignon

8.5/10 $15.45 Cupcake Cab Sauv (California) – smells sweet and fruity but don’t let that discourage you! This one is so smooth it seemed to mentally undress me with every sip. I would truly describe this one as being ‘delicious’ and easy to drink… so much so, that I was able to drink more of it than I probably should have! Medium bodied with subtle berry/oak/spice after-taste. For someone new to reds, you will enjoy this. I’ve been meaning to try Cupcake wine, so when they were on sale this week for $13 something, the stars seemed to be aligned. Enjoy this one stargazing at the cottage
