September 14, 2014 – Review of: Bear Flag Red Blend

8/10 $11.95 Bear Flag (California). Ruby in colour. Slightly acidic berry scent. Given to me as a gift, I was somewhat worried about the ‘cool label rule’ applying here… But I was surprised to learn otherwise!Dry and light-medium bodied, berry taste. Bit of an aftertaste but not much of a burn. All around, a smooth and tasty red wine at a easy price. Dependable for consuming in larger volumes, and I would definitely purchase again. As recommended by Chantel “this would go great with a salad, or something light” 💋
