June 21, 2017 – Review of: Ghost Pines Merlot

9/10 $19.20 Ghost Pines Merlot (California) Looks: Deep plum/red in colour. Smells: of dark ripe berries and mocha. Tastes: Dry, medium bodied & VERY smokey/ oaky/ mocha-y. Advertised as a limited time ‘crowd pleaser’ and ‘customer favourite’ so I had to try it… and glad I did! Would definitely buy this again. Very nice on it’s own or to go along with something rich.
