December 26, 2018 Review of: Black Cellar Pinot Grigio

7.5/10 $11.95 Black Cellar Pinot Grigio (Ontario). A pleasant little white that is relatively dry and light, with flavours of apple and pear. Simple and easy to drink, this was ideal for casual sipping before dinner and paired well the red snapper we later enjoyed. Although I did feel that there was a hint of sweetness, it in no way deterred me (as someone who isn’t into the sweet stuff) from pouring another glass. After trying their Shiraz Cabernet however, I would still deem that as being my favourite. As I’ve said for the red, you can’t beat the price; making it a decent pick!
