8/10 $? Domenico Fraccaroli Grotta del Ninfeo Valpolicella (Italy). Purchased a bottle while out at a restaurant for dinner tonight, and was served to us lightly chilled. Ruby in colour (I think?🧐 … the lighting was rather dim lol). Dry and medium bodied, with flavours of plum, oak, and chocolate. After sitting in the glass for a some time, it really rounded out for a nice mouth feel and started off pretty friendly. Definitely improved with food and was a soft yet pleasant compliment to my seafood pasta!
