May 1, 2019 Review of: Las Mulas Reserva Organic Chardonnay

7.25/10 $13.95 Las Mulas Reserva Organic Chardonnay (Chile). Light straw colour. Dry with a bit of sparkle and high acidity (or so I felt). Lots of initial upfront body with flavours of spicy pineapple, citrus and pear. Somewhat of a lingering aftertaste.

I actually didn’t mind this one at all, and considering the price, it had a lot going on for it. However, I do prefer Chardonnay that is a bit smoother and so for this reason I likely wouldn’t go out and pick up a bottle myself… but I would share in a glass 🍷.
