October 19, 2019 Review of: Henry of Pelham Rosé VQA (Ontario)

7.5/10 $14.95 Henry of Pelham Rosé VQA (Ontario). Watermelon salmon colour. Fruity aroma that also reminds me of … lipstick 💄🙈. Dry, medium bodied, and crisp with decent balance and pleasant acidity. Initial flavours of raspberry, nectarine and cherry 🍒, finishing off with apple and hint of cranberry. Dryness continues well to the end.

I really came to enjoy this bottle. Very food friendly and held up well in the fridge for a few days after opening. I’d say Mediterranean food pairings 🍽are best: try with grilled chicken souvlaki!
