8.75/10 $19.95 Henry of Pelham Three of Hearts VQA Rosé (Ontario). The prettiest peachy orange shade I ever did see! Floral and peach aromas 👃with a hint of strawberry. Extra dry and medium bodied with crisp acidity. Flavours of watermelon 🍉, strawberry🍓, lemon 🍋and light orange 🍊.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this bottle; the label was super cute and in my experience, that usually means I’ll be let down (lol 💁🏻♀️)… but that was totally incorrect.
This VQA rosé was truly delightful and I was VERY impressed. It had great acidity and was perfectly balanced. There was not one flavour that stood out in particular, but rather a beautiful combination of many that just had me wishing for some social times with friends to share it with.😔
Overall 10/10 would buy again and would recommend to anyone looking for a dry rosé that’s playful, fresh, and easy drinking. Also very food friendly and would pair well with almost anything from light appetizers to heavy cream sauce pasta. (I was enjoying it with thick Asiago cheese 🧀on garlic crackers 😬).
Seriously though, I am adding two of these bottles to the next #riskydaystore run 😂. I was that impressed. #staysafeoutthere
