April 4, 2015 – Review of: Vignamaggio Monna Lisa Chianti Classico

?/10 $19.20 Vignamaggio Monna Lisa Chianti Classico (Italy). Naturally, the best time to splurge on a bottle of wine is when you are congested with a cold and can’t taste anything. What a complete fail. Anyways, I bought this because a) it was the very last bottle left (must be good, right?) and b) the liquor store description said it was ‘as beautiful as the Monna Lisa’ … I don’t know what that meant, but I was intrigued by the room for interpretation. Apparently it was pretty good. If anyone has tried this, please chime in!
