April 12, 2015 – Review of: Beringer White Zinfandel (Rose)

8/10 $9.95 Beringer White Zinfandel (California). Very pretty clear rose pink in colour. Smells like strawberry watermelon juice. Tastes… Like juice!!! Recommended to me by a friend, and I think she may be on to something! Usually not a fan of sweet wines, this is the perfect balance; fruity and semi-dry. I think it’s pretty fun! Drink ice-cold or even shamelessly add ice like me. This is breakfast wine. This is sunny beach day wine. This is pool party wine! Hey, I’d even say it’s the perfect baby shower wine (think girl theme)! Light and pretty enough to be totally appropriate. Cider is to beer, as this Zinfandel is to wine
