August 23, 2018 – Review of: Ava Grace Sauvignon Blanc

7.5/10 $16.45 Ava Grace Sauvignon Blanc (California). What a pretty label! Yellow straw colour. Bright and floral smelling with other scents of pineapple, melon and peach. Not too dry and tastes of apples (although that could just be influenced by my current congestion). It has an acidity that somewhat lingers though, and for that reason I would not deem it completely smooth, but definitely drinkable. Enjoyed with BBQ sausage and summer salad. A decent white wine that I would drink again, but probably not rush to hunt down at the liquor store.
