July 16, 2018 – Review of: Saint Clair Family Estates Sauvignon Blanc

8.5/10 $18.20 Saint Clair Family Estates (New Zealand) Sauvignon Blanc. Very pale in colour, like lemon water. Citrus aroma. Light and crisp tasting with a level of acidity that I don’t mind. I read some reviews that talked about tasting “grass and lilies”… I can’t speak to that, but I can definitely taste grapefruit. Very enjoyable for someone who is choosy with their white wines 👌🏻 This would be delightful alongside a seafood pasta in a white cream sauce.
