November 2, 2017 – Review of: Wayne Gretzky Estates Merlot

7.5/10 $15.95 Wayne Gretzky Estates – Merlot VQA. Dark red in colour. A somewhat sweeter red (as Merlots usually are) that tastes fruity and of juicy cherries. This one is definitely for you if you if you are looking for something sophisticated but not too dry. I’ve tried a few of the Wayne Gretzky wines, and overall I think they are great with decent value. You can’t really go wrong…. but their Cabernet Merlot blend has to be my favourite. (Review soon!)
