7/10 $11.95 The Pavillion Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon (South Africa). Ruby in colour. Interesting smell that had me anticipating there was more to it than there actually was🤔. Dry and medium bodied. Relatively acidic and tangy, with cherry 🍒 and oak flavours. I agree with how my Dad had put it: “It has a bit of bite to it… wouldn’t be at the top of my list, though.” 🍷💋#winesday
