November 16, 2018 Review of: Silvia Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

8.5/10 Silvia Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon (California). Very oaky and aged tasting. Fruit-forward and well rounded, with plump flavours of dark cherries and blackberry. Full bodied and warming, yet also dry and smooth with a smoky ending. Not typically what I would expect from a cab sauv… but boy, did we enjoy all TWO bottles of this one! Made for a great pairing with our pasta dinner and fun night out with friends! (No $ amount posted as this was purchased at a restaurant, and I do not believe it is sold at the liquor store👎) Happy #FriYAYEveryone! 🍷💋
