September 9, 2018 – Review of: Santa Carolina Reserva Sauvignon Blanc

6.5/10 $12.70 Santa Carolina Reserva Sauvignon Blanc (Chile). Yellow in colour. Smells citrusy. Almost flat with a subtle sparkle. Dry and not overly acidic, but not smooth either. Has a lingering finish that sat on the back sides of my tongue, and did not taste desirable. Although this wine grew on me a bit over time, ultimately it was not crisp and smooth enough for me to really get into.
